March 29, 2007 - Thursday

Spent most of the day getting ready for my interview on "Open Studio" on WNIT PBS-TV, channel 11 out of South Bend. Got a haircut from Maggie at Bella Salon in Harbert, put together a CD of jpegs, printed out directions left the building about 5:30 and got there (Elkhart) about 6:45. I was the first one there, so they had me on first.

Weather has been good. Mood is pretty good. Went to the gym last night - soaked in the hot tub for 20 minutes and then did 6 laps. Slept like I was drugged - wanted to sleep much longer. Drank a lot of coffee and yerba mate.

The plan is to broadcast the interview at 8 pm EST on April 12th. Maybe I will be able to tape it and upload it.

I took over to them  4 weavings and a small Rotating Triangle. I think everything went well.

Jill booked an order for a large flat wavy weaving, 36 x 60.

Also shopped around for a Health Savings Plan - I will probably go with Assurant Health. Blue Cross is costing us $350 month for the most basic emergency plan. An HSA costs about the same, has tax benefits and carries over 50% of the paid-in amount to the following year.

Got back to Harbert about 9 pm - Jill and I ate dinner at Capozio's - lasagna and eggplant parmesan, our favorites.
